Terms and Conditions
Booking and Payment :
Bookings can be made through our website, Booking.com, Agoda, Make My Trip by providing the required guest details and preferred dates of stay.
Payment: A 50 % deposit is required to confirm the booking.
The remaining balance is due one days before the check-in date.
Payment Methods: We accept Cash, UPI, credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers.
Cancellation/No Show Policy:
Cancellation / Change in Arrival Date must be intimated to us in writing.
In case of No-Show or guaranteed reservation, the hotel reserves the right to levy retention charge for the entire stay.
Cancellation / change in date will attract following retention charges: 30 days before the Arrival date 25% of the proposed period of Stay will be kept as retention charge 15 to 30 days before Arrival date 50% of the proposed period of Stay will be kept as retention charge 14 days within the arrival date No Refund No refund for early checkouts, than the proposed duration of stay.
Booking and Payment Booking:
In case of refund, bank transaction charges will be deducted over and above the cancellation charges.
Refund will be processed within 7 to 14 working days after Management authorization.
In case of credit card transactions, refund will be done only to the bank account of the respective card holder. (After deducting the bank service charges) Hotel Tariffs and other prices are subject to change any time and without prior notice.
Tourists will have to pay taxes on the published tariff as per Government notification.
The Management reserves to itself the absolute right of admission to any person in the hotel premises.
The resort reserves the right to deny admission.
We reserve the right to change any brochure or information on the website before or after your booking due to any events beyond our control.
In case we area ware of any changes, in advance we will notify you.
Guests are requested to read carefully the information/photos given in the website regarding the tariff, facilities, location, etc, before making the payment.
ARBITRATION: For all claims or disputes of whatsoever nature, shall be resolved by a Sole Arbitrator to be nominated by the Company. The arbitration shall be held in Wayanad jurisdiction.

Very good place to chill they are very cooperative the food is also very yummy and the price is also reasonable 10/10 for this property

Great place with great value. The caretaker was very cooperative and cooked good food. We met the owner also who was very kind and understanding. She could also speak multiple languages. Must visit with family/friends for a vacation or simply to chill. Places to visit are also not very far considering the property is offbeat (Farthest place we saw was 1.5hrs drive only)
